New Profile-Based Classification System
HEABC and HSPBA have agreed that a new profile-based classification system will come into effect between April 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025 (specific date to be determined). In the meantime, a preliminary matching process will take place to determine the appropriate classification of jobs using the new system. A dispute resolution process will be available to finalize the matches.
Note: The current classification system remains in effect until the new one becomes active.
